Care of Vulnerable Women Study Day
Monday 24th June 2019, 9am-5pm, Wilberforce LR13, free for Hull University Midwifery Society members, £10 for Hull University students (valid student card), £15 for members of the public
Hull University Midwifery Society presents an informative study day about supporting vulnerable women throughout pregnancy and birth. We have a varied selection of inspirational speakers coming to discuss areas of vulnerability including, Domestic abuse, Teenage pregnancy, Traumatic birth and Modern Slavery, amongst others. This study day is open to Student midwives, qualified midwives, doulas, aspiring midwives, and anyone with an interest in this area.
We are also fundraising for Women’s Aid Charity.
Refreshments available on the day.

Tickets are £10 for Hull University students (valid student card), £15 for members of the public, and free for Hull University Midwifery Society members.
You can purchase tickets for this event online or from HUU Reception Mon – Fri between 10am-4pm. Tickets will be on sale from 10am Friday 12th April 2019 until they sell out or until 24th June 2019 at 9am.
