Self-defence Session

FREE EVENT! 

Book a ticket and join us on-campus (specific location TBC) at 2pm to learn some basic self-defence techniques. Slots will have a maximum of 12 people per session.

EVENT DETAILS 

As part of the One Hull of a Woman campaign, we will be hosting a self-defence session ran by the Ju-Jitsu Club's instructor Neil Gordon. Due to Government restrictions, Neil will be teaching you some basic techniques suitable for individual practice. You will be able to practice these techniques at the session with a housemate if both attend. Please note that every participant will need to purchase their free ticket to attend, including those who attend in twos as there is a maximum of 12 people per session. 

The event is subject to Government guidance and may be delayed or cancelled as a result of any changes. You will be informed of the Covid-19 procedures put in place for the event via your student email address beforehand. 

TICKETS

Tickets for this event will be on sale from Tuesday 6th April until they sell out or Monday 31st May at 12pm. Please book your place for this event online in advance. No one will be allowed to turn up at the event without a ticket due to social distancing regulations.
