A message from your Student President Team on the recent events in Afghanistan:

"We know many of you will be distressed or saddened by the recent events in Afghanistan, especially those concerned for friends or loved ones.

Here at HUSU, we want you to know that we are here for you and want to offer support in any way that we can. We are proud of our wide and diverse student population and are thankful for Hull’s commitment to welcoming those fleeing conflict and hardship.

We encourage you to write to your local MP with your thoughts and for any student who needs support at the moment, we’ve listed some useful resources below."
