HUU on Tour
Posted 18 November 2013Give us feedback, share your stories, discover your Students' Union - 19.11.13 @ 6.30pm, Wilberforce.
We know that you don't always have the time to pop in an see us in our building so this year we are bringing your Students' Union to you! Throughout the year we will be visiting key spots accross the University to try to chat with as many of our members as possible.
Our first stop this semester is the Wilberforce building. We will be there from 6.15pm tomorrow (Tuesday 19th November) until after lectures finish at 9.30pm. Everyone is welcome to come along - even if you're not based in Wilberforce or attending a lecture. Our sabbatical team will be there to answer any questions you have and listen to your views so we can help ensure your voice is heard. It's also a great opportunity to find out more about what we can offer you to help ensure you have the best possible University experience.
We will also be encouraging you to fill in one of our comment cards. On these we are asking you three things.
1. Give Us Feedback
This is the place to tell us what you think about your Students' Union. What we are doing well and what improvements we could make.
2. Share Your Stories
We love hearing about your experiences! They are what help us to create campaigns, raise awareness of issues and lobby the University. It could be anything from a cold lecture theatre to lack of feedback on your assignments. We want to know all the details!
3. Discover Your Students' Union
This is more of a suggestion from us! Part of the idea behind HUU on Tour is to help educate our members as to everything we can offer you. From sports teams and societies to volunteering opportunities, help and advice and even the opportunity to lead your Union - there's so much to discover. Take just five minutes to wizz round this website and we bet you can find something that would help turn your University experience from ordinary to extraordinary!
