Important Booking Information

All bookings need to be made on behalf of a student union group such as a sport, society, volunteer or support group, otherwise your booking will not be valid.

Bookings will be checked on a regular basis to make sure the room booking policy is adhered to.

If we cannot provide you with the room required, we will inform you via email of available alternative spaces.

Should you plan to engage an External Speaker, please complete this form first.

Please refer to the Room Information Table and ensure that your booking is within the available times before submitting.
