Parking at University is a major issue. The most used pay and display car park is the Wilberforce car park. This car park has 1 lane to the 2 entry barriers. Some cars drive down the wrong side of the road and attempt to push in to the queue near the barriers. I propose that students should report the registration numbers of these cars to University. If a car pushes in and is reported to University on 3 occasions, the car registration system in the Wilberforce car park should deny the car entry into the car park. The car will then have to turn around and park elsewhere. After 1 semester, the 'pushing in points' should be removed from the car's record and the car should be allowed to park in the car park! I consider that this will deter cars from pushing in the queue!
