The University of Hull provides a range of information on how you can access a host of specific health services and advice available to you.

 

These include:

 

- Mental Health

- Sexual Health

- Stopping Smoking

- Drugs and Alcohol

- Sexual Violence – supported by the charity, Blue Door

REGISTERING WITH A GP

It’s important that you register with a GP as soon as you arrive at University – don’t leave it until you feel ill. The closest practice to the university is the Newland Health Centre.

DENTISTS

It’s recommended that you have a dental check-up annually. Find your nearest dentist here

 

SEXUAL HEALTH
Every Wednesday, between 1pm - 4:30 pm on the ground floor of Student Central (next to the Unisex toilets), Yorkshire MESMAC provide free sexual health advice and support, free sexual health screenings and free safe sex packs.
