Ferens Education Trust

Hull University Students’ Union would like to thank Ferens Education Trust for donating £2,175 to help fund vital mental health training for the award-winning Appropriate Adult project. With this training, our student volunteers will now be able to provide better support to vulnerable adults in custody.

The Sir James Reckitt Charity

The Sir James Reckitt Charity very generously donated £7,500 towards our student-led volunteering projects (formerly HUSSO). This includes the Ground project which saw students cut and plant more than 1000 willow saplings and the Forces of Nature project which encourages students to take part in litter picks around campus and in the local area.

Broadcast Radio

Hull University Students’ Union would like to thank Broadcast Radio, a local company founded by two Hull students, for providing a vast array of radio technology services support our student radio station JAM with training, equipment and help throughout the year. The ex-students were part of JAM radio in the 90s, and we can’t thank them enough for their services.
